Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Emporium Connect ("the Platform", "we") collects, why, and your rights. By using the Platform you accept it.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: username, email address, phone number, and a hashed password.
• Payment details: bank name, account name, and account number — used to process your Add Funds and withdrawals.
• Activity records: game results, stakes, spins, bonuses, referrals, and transactions. These are kept as the financial ledger of your account.
• Technical data: basic device and log information used for security and debugging.

2. How we use it

• To operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, and provide support.
• To verify identity and enforce one account and one signup bonus per person — your phone number and bank account must be unique to a single account.
• To prevent fraud, collusion, and abuse of games, bonuses, or referrals.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

3. What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only with the banks and payment partners required to execute your own transactions, or when the law requires it.

4. Security & retention

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information. We retain your data while your account is active; you may request review, correction, or deletion via the contact channel below, subject to our obligation to keep financial records.

We may update this policy; the current version always lives on this page.

Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be 18 years or older to use the Platform.
• One account per person. Phone numbers and bank accounts are unique to a single account; duplicates are rejected and duplicate accounts may be closed and winnings voided.
• Information you provide (including bank details for withdrawals) must be accurate and yours.

2. What "Emp" is

Emp is the Platform's internal balance unit. It is not legal tender, not a cryptocurrency, and not an investment product. Emp has no value outside the Platform and cannot be used, traded, or redeemed anywhere else. Balances are records in our ledger, not funds held in your name.

3. Games

• Checkers — games of skill played against other players or the platform, for agreed stakes.
• Spinner — a game of chance. Entry is 2,000 Emp per spin. The Spinner returns 95% of all entry fees to players over time; outcomes are random, server-generated, and individually unpredictable. Playing is entertainment, not income — no winnings are ever guaranteed.
• Every game outcome and transaction is recorded in our ledger and may be reviewed.

4. Signup bonus

• New accounts receive 2,000 Emp game credit at registration — one per person.
• The bonus is usable in games only. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or spent on any non-game service. Only winnings derived from playing it become withdrawable.

5. Add Funds & withdrawals

• Added funds are credited after your payment is confirmed and reviewed by the Platform. Manual review may apply.
• Withdrawals are paid to your registered bank account after review. Processing times vary; we are not liable for bank or network delays once a payout is released.

6. Staking

• Staking is optional. New stakes earn a 25% return per 7-day cycle.
• The rate is fixed at the moment each stake is made and cannot change during that cycle. Stakes created earlier keep the rate they were created with.
• Staked funds are locked until maturity. Early withdrawal is not supported.

7. Referrals

• Users who join through your referral link receive the signup bonus in Section 4.
• You receive 10% of a referred user's first successful Add Funds, credited once to your spendable balance, per referred user.
• Self-referral, fake accounts, and coordinated abuse void referral rewards and may close the accounts involved.

8. Prohibited conduct

Fraud, collusion, exploitation of bugs, use of bots or automation, multiple accounts, and misuse of bonuses or referrals are prohibited. We may void winnings, reverse credits, suspend, or close accounts involved — and report unlawful activity.

9. Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from gameplay outcomes, downtime, or third-party (bank, network) failures. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you added in the 30 days before the claim.

10. Changes & governing law

We may amend these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app and continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
